Dr. Carolyn Goerner is Aldi’s Distinguished I-Core Clinical Professor at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington. In her 20+ years at IU, and 30+ years as a Human Resource Consultant, Carolyn has developed a strong expertise in Talent Management. In this webinar, she will answer specific questions from audience members and provide insight into best practices in Talent Management.

Mike Dodd is the IU Program director for the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN), a Department of Defense program office whose mission is to build networks of innovators that generate new solutions to national security problems.

This session will address:

  • Creating an appealing recruitment strategy to attract top talent
  • Understanding real generational differences in career and job expectations
  • Structuring internship programs for maximum effectiveness
