Dr. Carolyn Goerner is Aldi’s Distinguished I-Core Clinical Professor at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington. In her 20+ years at IU, and 30+ years as a Human Resource Consultant, Carolyn has developed a strong expertise in Talent Management.
